    三鲜全家福'Three Delicacies Chowder'

    典故:春节是中华民族最重要的节日,大年三十是农历年的最后一天,为了庆贺五谷丰登、家人团圆,大年三十晚的团圆饭少不了“三鲜杂烩”。该菜选用时鲜冬笋、海鲜墨鱼、新鲜猪肚、肉丸、蛋卷、豆笋、云耳等十多种高档湘菜原料而成,故称杂烩,寓意为明年人旺家兴、丰收在望。
